The App Store Licence

On iPhone and iPad, TinkerTaps is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android it is distributed under the Google Play Terms of Service, and on Amazon devices under the Amazon Appstore terms. Where those documents and this page differ, the store's licence wins for anything about the store itself.

What You Get

TinkerTaps is free to download and includes two activities. TinkerTaps Premium is an optional subscription, currently $3.99 a month, that unlocks the rest of the activities and every new activity we release while you are subscribed. Prices are shown in your app store before you buy and can change for new subscription periods with notice through the store.

Subscriptions, Trials and Cancelling

Premium is billed by Apple, Google or Amazon, not by us, and renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly, but we will help you find the right place to ask.

Using the App

TinkerTaps is made for babies and toddlers to use with a grown-up present. The Parental Lock helps keep a child inside the app, but it cannot replace supervision, and you are responsible for the device, its settings and any purchases made on it. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork and sounds.

The Keepsake Shop

Journals and custom shirts sold through our shop pages are fulfilled by Amazon or Etsy. Orders, shipping, returns and payments for those items are governed by the store you bought them from.

No Warranty, Limited Liability

TinkerTaps is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it calm, safe and working, but we do not promise it will be free of bugs or available at every moment. To the extent the law allows, Courtright Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
